Chicken Scaparella

Ingredients:

* 4 1/2 # chicken, cut into pieces
* 1 1/2 # Italian pork sausage links, cut diagonally
* 1 1/2 # onion, cut in 1" pieces
* 1 # bell peppers, cut into strips
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* paprika, salt, pepper, rosemary, savory to taste

Procedure

Place all ingredients in roasting pan and roast at 400 degress until chicken is nicely browned.
